Hot spots

The surface of our world consists mainly of water, rivers, lakes, oceans with coastal and tidal sea areas and high seas (offshore).

Historically boat builders adapted the shapes of hull, rigg and sails to the local and specific conditions (e.g. streams, waves, strength of wind, temperatures etc. …). Over the period of more than 150 years sailing for pleasure went through heavy changes and nowadays we see regional and continental markets and trends.

Sailing in Australia and New Zealand is different from East Asia, Africa, North Europe, Mediterranean Sea or America (South and North America) / Canada.

We find some hotspots for Trimaran sailors… you will find here some more deatils about.
